Novo 0.3.0 Now Released: Enhancements and New Features

We're excited to announce that the Novo 0.3.0 repository is now accessible for users.

In this update, we've forked Novo to address potential issues and enhance its functionality.

Major Release Highlights:

1. Novo 0.3.0 hard fork takes effect at block 290,000.

2. Integration of Renovoner's testnet codebase into the 0.3.0 blockchain.

3. Enabling native token support on the mainnet.

4. Native Fungible Token (FT) and Non-Fungible Token (NFT) implementation.

5. Doubling the maximum block size from 8 MB to 16 MB.

6. Raising the minimum fee rate for relayed/mined transactions from 0.8 to 25 Novo per KB.

7. Increasing the dust limit for relayed/mined transactions from 0.4368 to 5 Novo.

Please be aware that this release is a fork of Renovoner's Novo testnet, which has been modified to implement several changes to ensure the blockchain's continued health.

The purpose of this release and the migration to a new GitHub repository is to maintain and develop the Novo blockchain further in the absence of Renovoner. This is not an attempt to take over the project but rather to keep it progressing and evolving.
